National Dental College & Hospital Admission 2023

National Dental College & Hospital Derabassi admission to the UG and PG courses for the year 2023 will be done on the basis of the NEET examinations. The NEET UG 2023 exam for the BDS course will be held on May 7, 2023, in pen and paper format. On April 30, 2023, the NTA published the City Allotment Slip on its official website (neet.nta.nic.in). The NEET MDS 2023 result was issued on March 10, 2023, for National Dental College Derabassi admission 2023 to the MDS programmes. The exam took place on March 1, 2023.

National Dental College & Hospital (NCDH), located in Derabassi, Mohali District, is recognised as one of the northern region's most reputable dental colleges in India. It was established in 1999 with the intention of healing the sick and providing a long-term commitment to society through medical education. The Dental Council of India (DCI) has approved the institute, and it is also affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) Faridkot.

The courses offered at National Dental College Derabassi include one undergraduate and one postgraduate in dental surgery. Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) degrees are the ones candidates can opt for. The college takes 50 students in each of the Government and Management quotas. It is mandatory for all candidates to meet the National Dental College Derabassi admission criteria to proceed with the selection process. Admission is granted on the basis of the NEET UG and NEET MDS examinations for the BDS and MDS programmes respectively.

National Dental College & Hospital Application Process

Applications for admission to National Dental College & Hospital Dera Bassi must be made in accordance with the NEET exam rules. The NEET 2023 application form is available on the National Testing Agency's website (neet.nta.ac.in). The application form will be posted online. The National Dental College application process via NEET is as follows:

  • Candidates must create login credentials on the official website of the NEET NTA.
  • Navigate to the new registration link.
  • Before submitting the form, a new page will appear, prompting you to provide basic information such as your name, email address, contact number, date of birth, and other details.
  • When you submit the form, the login information will be sent to the registered email address.
  • After that, candidates must log in and finish the NEET 2023 registration form. 
  • Candidates must submit their personal information, choose a paper medium, choose an examination centre, and update their academic information here.
  • Then, upload the required documents.
  • Candidates must then pay the NEET 2023 application fee online with a Debit card/ Credit card/ E-wallet/ UPI/ Net banking.
