The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune offers a unique BBA-MBA dual degree program in Construction Management. The eligibility criteria for this program require candidates to have completed their 10+2 education or its equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, applicants must have studied Mathematics as a compulsory subject in their 10+2 curriculum. They are also required to appear for and qualify in any national level entrance examination such as JEE Main, CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT. Shortlisted candidates are then invited for a personal interview and group discussion round to assess their suitability for the program.
