Dear Student,
The NID DAT 2025 rank required for B.Des in Furniture and Interior Design at NID Ahmedabad is 49. This cutoff rank is based on the previous year’s data and expert analysis. It must be noted that the expected NID DAT 2025 rank mentioned is that of the Open category. For candidates belonging to reserved categories, the cutoff rank for B.Des in Furniture and Interior Design will be lower. For instance, General-EWS students will need a rank of 274, while reserved category students from OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PwD will need a rank of 242, 369, 694, and 1289, respectively. You should also check the official website of NID Ahmedabad for better understanding of the B.Des Furniture and Interior Design admission process and the admission criteria for the same.
Hi,
I am sorry but there is no BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) course offered at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. NID offers programmes in various design disciplines that include BDes and MDes courses only. BHMS is a medical degree related to homeopathy, typically offered by medical colleges or universities with a focus on healthcare. If you are interested in pursuing a BHMS degree, you should look into medical colleges or universities that offer this program.
Hello Samriddhi,
Yes, National Institute of Design (NID) Ahmedabad offers a four year long B.Des programme. Under the Industrial Design faculty, the Furniture and Interior Design course is offered. It has a total of 13 seats. For NID Ahmedabad admission to the B.Des Furniture and Interior Design course, you must go through the two-stage Design Aptitude Test (DAT). You must appear for DAT Prelims and then successfully get shortlisted for the second stage DAT Mains. You are going to acquire practical training, resource-material interaction, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills from the B.Des Furniture and Interior Design programme at NID Ahmedabad.
