NIT B.Tech Fee Structure 2025: The fee structure for B.Tech typically includes a tuition fee ranging from INR 62,500 - INR 1,25,000 per semester. While VNIT Nagpur charges the highest NIT fees for BTech of around INR 1,25,000 per semester for the B.Tech course, on the other hand, most NITs have a semester fee of around INR 62,500. Apart from the NIT fees for 4 years Btech, you will also have to pay other expenses such as hostel fee, mess fee, one time admission fee, etc. However, the same may vary based on different NITs, one’s requirements, and category. The  GATE CCMT 2025 counselling for NIT MTech admission will begin soon. GATE-qualified students must register and appear in CCMT counselling during which MTech seats for NITs will be allocated.
