To pursue an M.Tech. (Master of Technology) degree at NIT Raipur Raipur, applicants must meet certain eligibility criteria. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or institute. They should have obtained a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (55% marks or a CGPA of 6.0 for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Additionally, applicants must have a valid GATE score in the relevant discipline.
