About Manipal Institute of Technology
MIT Manipal was established in 1957 and is a constituent institute of Manipal University. It became a constituent institute of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (Manipal University) in 2000. MIT Manipal courses include undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as B.Tech, M.Tech, and MCA in various disciplines. For B.Tech and M.Tech courses, MIT Manipal admissions are made through MET, and for MCA selection is done based on merit. To be eligible for MIT Manipal courses, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks or must possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
As per the NIRF Ranking 2023, MIT Manipal has secured the 55th rank in the engineering category with a score of 48.33. Agar aap OPEN Category se belong karte hain, toh NIT Durgapur mein aap ko shayad admission na mile, but OBC-NCL/ EWS ategory mein admission mil sakti hain. Aap doosre NIT colleges accepting GATE score 500-600 bhi check kar sakte hain. Unfortunately, GATE score 530 pe aap ko kisi bhi IIT mein admission nahi milegi.

Candidates as diploma holders can apply for admission to any UG courses through JEE Main like BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Civil Engineering and many more.
