To be eligible for admission to an MBA program, the candidate must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% for the general category and 45% for SC/ST and OBC or equivalent CGPA. The degree must be obtained through the 10+2+3 system or equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
Foreign candidates may apply through the PIO quota. The admission process involves appearing in the CMAT MBA entrance exam conducted by AICTE. The institute may fill the vacant seats through college-level counselling. All admissions are made through DTE (Director of Technical Education).
The NRI Group of Institutions admission to B.Tech is done in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the state government. Admission to engineering colleges like the one under the NRI Group of Institutions is made through Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Mains) conducted at the all-India level by CBSE.
Only students who are eligible for admission will be able to get admission through the JEE examination. To be eligible, students need to have passed class 12 from a recognised board or college with a minimum of 45% marks in PCM. The 45% marks in aggregate is for the general category and other state students only. For SC/ST/OBC category, students need to score only 40% marks.
For admission to the M.Tech programme at NRI Group of Institutions, students need to pass B.Tech from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks. Moreover, they also need to qualify for the GATE exam.

An eligible candidate for the NRI Group of Institutions B.Pharma admission must have passed the class 12 exam with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics / Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC category) in the above subjects taken together.
Selection of candidates is provided by the Directorate of Technical Education Govt. of MP Bhopal through counselling based on their merit in PEPT conducted by Professional Examination Board (VYAPAM) Madhya Pradesh or through college-level counselling on a class 12 basis.
Candidates are also eligible for direct admission to the 2nd year of B.Pharma if they have done a diploma in engineering with 60% marks.

For admission to the M.Pharma programme at NRI Group of Institutions, candidates must have passed the B.Pharma programme examination of the RGVP Bhopal or equivalent. Moreover, they must have scored a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category) in the qualifying examination and shall be eligible for admission to the M.Pharma course.
The applicants must have a minimum age of 17 and a maximum age of 35. A 5-year age relaxation applies to the candidates belonging to the reserved categories (OBC/SC/ST). To be eligible for the B.Sc. Nursing programme, applicants must have completed their class 12 from a recognised board and pass the class 12 exam with 45% marks in physics, chemistry, and biology. For the reserved category candidates, there is a relaxation of 5% marks (i.e. 40% marks) in the eligibility criteria.
To be eligible for BCA admission, a candidate must have passed class 12 with 45% marks and must be from a recognised board. Moreover, they must have taken mathematics as one of their main subjects.
To enrol in the BBA programme at NRI Group of Institutions, students must have completed their higher secondary education (class 12) with Arts, Humanities, or Science or equivalent from any recognised board or school.
