Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology (PHCET), Rasayani was established in 2009 under the guidance of Mahatma Education Society. Mahatma Education Society owns over 48 higher education institutions across the country. PHCET is affiliated to University of Mumbai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The college is recognized by Government of Maharashtra and accredited by The National Board of Accreditation. The campus of Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology (PHCET), Rasayani is located at Raigad, Maharashtra, India. PHCET, Rasayani has a motto of Vidya Karmasu Kaushalam and Knowledge is Excellence at Work.

Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology (PHCET), Rasayani offers admissions in both undergraduate (Bachelor of Engineering) and postgraduate (Master in Engineering) programs. Bachelor of Engineering is available in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and others. Rasayani also offers direct admissions in the second year of Bachelor of Engineering program in B.E. Computer Engineering. While B.E. Mechanical Engineering is available in a second shift also. A candidate must be an Indian National for applying to admissions at the college.

The campus of Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology (PHCET), Rasayani has a built-up area of more than 3,00,000 sq. ft. Constructed on 14 acres of land,  the lush green campus of PHCET, Rasayani is one of Asia's largest Educational Campuses. The campus of the college comprises of many facilities like spacious classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, workshops. PHCET Rasayani has a well-stocked library constitutes of a large collection of novels, journals and magazines and has 5,000 titles of books stored in it. The college was established in partnership with HOCL, a Govt. of India Enterprise. There are three Hostels(one for Girl and two for boys) constructed in the campus of PHCET, Rasayani which provides a residential facility to students.
