About Prestige Institute of Management and Research
Prestige Institute of Management and Research is an autonomous institute established over 20 years ago. It is located in the prominent area of Indore. The main aim of the institute is to provide quality education through continuous improvement and innovation in the fields of Management, Humanities, Commerce, Computer Applications, and Law. Besides being one of the premier B-Schools in India, the Prestige Institute of Management and Research is also a research centre. The institute is affiliated to Devi Ahilya University and is ISO 9001:2008 certified. Additionally, the management institute is approved by AICTE and the State Government of Madhya Pradesh. Apart from that, the institute is also accredited by NAAC twice with grade’ A’. The University Grant Commission (UGC) has recognised Prestige Institute of Management and Research as an autonomous institute since 2006. On the other hand, the law course offered by the institute is approved by the Bar Council of India and the MBA course is accredited by National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi.
Prestige Institute of Management and Research Indore offers UG courses and PG courses in the fields of Arts, Law, Commerce, and Management. Admission to the UG and PG courses is purely merit-based except for the MBA course, in which CMAT scores are considered for granting admission. Prestige Institute of Management and Research campus has AC lecture halls, computer labs, electronics lab, sports area, library, and hostel facility. Seminar Rooms: Although the Institute does its best to ensure that its students get traditional classroom training, it also makes an effort to familiarise them with a wide range of professional fields in settings other than the classroom. Participating in a wide variety of events and activities, such as seminars, presentations, workshops, and other gatherings, is one way to increase one's exposure. Students have access to an audio-visual room as well as a lecture hall, both of which are furnished with the most up-to-date technology available.
Hostel: The college provides male and female students who enrol at the school with their own distinct housing options in the form of dormitories. A common eating area, common spaces with televisions and equipment for performing indoor sports, internet rooms, phone facilities, security, and a range of other services are provided for residents of the dorms by the housing complex.
Library: The library houses a wide variety of literary works, some of which are obligatory reading at the local university and others that serve as references. The library provides access to a variety of worldwide magazines and publications, including those of the utmost importance. Many major publications are not technical that are part of the collection of journals. Prestige Institute of Management and Research Scholarships
Prestige Institute of Management and Research scholarships are awarded to students and eligibility is determined by the student's performance in the qualifying exam. The college will not charge the chosen pupils any tuition fees as a token of their appreciation. Students who are members of the Prestige Education Society are eligible for the Chhavi Jain Merit Cum Means Scholarship, which is the institute's own award.
