Overall: Rajiv Gandhi University of knowledge Technologies, also called as RGUKT(IIIT) Basar is established in the adobe of goddess Saraswathi by the AP state government in 2008.The main motto of the university is to cater the educational needs of talented rural youth of the Telangana state. Most of the students in the university are from rural background and from economically backward classes.University offers a unique six years integrated course and hence it is a unique university in South India. It offers Two years of Pre University Course(which is called as Intermediate course) with the Subjects: Maths,Physics ,Chemistry,Information Technology,Bioscience, Telugu/Sanskrit and English. In the next 4 years, university offers B.Tech course in seven different branches(CSE,ECE,EEE,Mech,Chem,MME,Civil).

Faculty: Most of the faculty working here are from the reputed IITs,NITs and IIMs of the nation. Many of them are also pursuing Ph.D. Even though we have less number of regular faculty, contract faculty was recruited and academic works are going on in a peaceful manner. Some faculty are extremely superb in teaching while some are not so worthy.so here most of the students depends on self study(like any other engineering student) and refer digital platforms to learn any courses.

Review about my university

Overall: However, potential areas for improvement might include enhancing campus infrastructure, expanding career development initiatives, and further prioritizing inclusivity and student support services. Ultimately, the university's overall rating is likely commendable, representing a dynamic institution committed to providing a well-rounded educational experience preparing students for their future endeavors.

Faculty: Rating the faculty at your university involves assessing their expertise, teaching quality, mentorship, accessibility, and commitment to student success. A high rating would be warranted if the faculty members demonstrate deep subject knowledge, engage students effectively in the learning process, provide valuable feedback, and offer mentorship opportunities. Additionally, accessibility, approachability, and willingness to support students outside of class contribute positively to the rating. Faculty who actively engage in research or professional development often bring current insights to the classroom, enriching the educational experience. Moreover, fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment enhances the overall quality of education. Conversely, if there are issues with faculty engagement, lack of support, or inadequate teaching quality, the rating would be lower. Overall, a high faculty rating
