RR Group Placements 2024 - Average & Highest Package, Percentage

RRIMT has an active placement cell that serves as a key catalyst in connecting students with job and career possibilities. It maintains constant contact with businesses and corporations to ensure that students are hired with attractive compensation packages. It organises lectures, seminars, and presentations to prepare students for placements, as well as training through aptitude testing, group discussions, and mock interviews.

Every year, RRMIT hosts three job fairs, with around 150 national and multinational organisations coming to campus to recruit students for BTech, MBA, and Polytechnic programmes. RRGI also organises recruitment drives for a variety of national and multinational organisations that offer lucrative packages to students across India. In the 2019-20 academic year, RRGI hosted 123 national and international firms on its campus, and 413 students were placed, with an average compensation of Rs 4 LPA and the top package of Rs 12.5 LPA.

The RRMIT placement cell is also regarded as one of the best in Lucknow, thanks to its active and resourceful alumni network. It has effectively managed industrial partnerships with a number of leading organisations to date.
