Sardar Patel Institute of Technology campus is spread over 47 acres of lush and green setting. SPIT Mumbai Campus has all the modern facilities which a first-class educational institution should have.

The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, moreover, S.P.I.T has set up its own internal NTP server to keep its network devices & servers with the standard date & time. Apart from online dissemination of course material, S.P.I.T. has hosted Moodle, public domain course management software, for use by faculty and students for the courses running in the current semester. The IT infrastructure of Sardar Patel Institute of Technology is one of the best among all other colleges affiliated to Mumbai University. The advanced IT infrastructure of SPIT not only includes high-speed servers but also consists of large storage & processing power.

SPIT Mumbai library has over 15000 books for students and faculty staff. Other than huge storage of books and reference study materials, the SPIT library has a subscription to various leading national and international periodicals in addition to many online journals. Except for Saturdays, Sundays and other national holidays, the central library of SPIT is accessible to both the students and faculty members alike from 10 in the morning till half-past 8 in the evening. The SPIT library also has memberships of British Council Library (BCL) and ACM Digital Library.

SPIT Institute does not have its own hostel but in Sardar Patel College of Engineering, some rooms are booked for students of SPIT. The hostel facility is available for both boys and girls within the campus. The hostel rooms are well furnished and 24 hours security guards are on duty and CCTV cameras have been installed for active scrutiny.

SPIT Mumbai infrastructure is an abode of all basic facilities like labs, Auditorium, gym with an experienced trainer, medical with a trained doctor, sports, music, and grounds, etc.

Shutterworks is an informal club that aims to promote the photography culture in the college. The basic idea behind this is to get a group of photography fanatics together, who exchange their knowledge about photography and enhance their skills. Towards this aim, various events and workshops are organized throughout the year. Photowalks across the entire city are scheduled for students once a fortnight where students travel around the city and click fascinating photographs of anything and everything they find beautiful. Shutterworks also covers all major events that take place in the college, like SPACE (the institute's youth festival) and the Prize Distribution function. With Shutterworks, students explore new horizons and are able to expand their visions, discovering new things about themselves constantly

SPQC organizes quizzes focusing on sharpening thinking abilities of students in humorous and entertaining ways. Each quiz is based on a certain theme and has received an astounding response from students across all branches.
