The Library has a total storage capacity of more than one lakh books and seating for more than 550 students. At the moment, it can accommodate roughly half of the students enrolled in various courses at SVPUAT Meerut. The university has a large library with a large collection of books, periodicals, journals, and other reading materials. The library is the primary information technology resource and knowledge centre.
The SVPUAT facility for laboratories includes Bio Control Lab, Mushroom Laboratory, Robert S. Ziglar Lab, Media Production Centre, Fisheries Research & Training Centre, Poultry Research & Training Centre, Nodal Cell (ICAR), COE in Agri-Biotechnology, etc.
The University Hospital, which is supervised by a part-time Medical Officer In-Charge, is located on campus. Its primary role is to provide emergency patients with rapid definitive assessment, investigation, and treatment. The University Hospital serves the University's employees, students, workers, and their families. It is fully equipped with emergency medical treatment facilities, and part-time doctors work alongside other paramedics to care for patients in the unit. At the moment, the hospital has one ambulance, an operating room, and an indoor ward with eight beds for male and female patients. Male and female students have separate wards. By special arrangement, all serious cases are referred to Modi Hospital, Modipuram, or the nearest Government / Private Hospital.
Under the University's welfare scheme, the University Hospital offers a 24-hour ambulance service to students and employees. The ambulance is fully equipped and capable of providing emergency care both at the scene of the incident and on the way to a hospital.
The university has a total of 14 hostels, two of which are for female students and one for international students. Each hostel is stewarded by an academic staff member. Students are provided with safe and comfortable lodging. There are also common rooms, dining halls, and a television. All hostel students have access to medical services at University Hospital and Modi Hospital in Modipuram. The Hostel Mess is well-equipped with a refrigerator, a water cooler, and plenty of utensils. Each hostel mess is run and managed cooperatively by the students.
Railway concession orders are arranged for students travelling to their homes during the semester break and undertaking study tours in various parts of India.
