About Subharti University
Subharti University or SVSU was established under the section 2(f) of the University Grant Commission (U.G.C.) Act, 1956, under Swami Vivekanand Subharti Vishwavidhaylaya, Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyam, 2008 (U.P. Act No.29 of 2008) passed by the Uttar Pradesh Legislature and assented by the honorable Governor of Uttar Pradesh in September 2008. Subharti University has been approved by NCTE, DCI, PCI, INC, MCI, AICTE, UGC and AIU. The university has also been accredited by NAAC with an A grade. The university is currently under the auspices of Mahayana Theravada Buddhist Religious and Charitable Trust, Meerut, known for its exemplary service in the fields of education, healthcare and social welfare.
Subharti University provides UG and PG courses in various disciplines such as Medical, Paramedical, Dental, Nursing, Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Yogic Sciences, Law, Engineering, Management, Journalism, Education, Library, Arts and Science and Hotel Management. Subharti University Scholarships
The students who have qualified for the SNET exam are offered a scholarship of INR 5,000 for one time. SVSU also provides scholarships to students who are pursuing BSc (MIT), IT, ME, EC, MSc (MIT), MSc (MLT), BTech (CE, Food Tech, EEE), MTech, Polytechnic, Post Basic BSc Nursing, BPharma, MPharm., D.Pharm., Biotechnology, Physics, Maths, BCA, MCA, BCom, MCom, BA LLB, LLM, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, BSc in Chemistry, Maths, Zoology, Physics, Botany, Biotechnology, MSc in Zoology, Chemistry, Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication, Master of Journalism & Mass Communication, B.Ed, M.Ed, and Master of Fashion Design degree courses.
They are only awarded to students in their first year. They are only eligible if they have not applied for any other scholarship offered by the Indian government or private organisations. The state of Uttar Pradesh provides financial aid to students in need and those who fall under the SC/ST/OBC categories.
College students who pass the SNET exams are awarded a one-time 5,000 rupee stipend. It also provides scholarships to students based on the type of course they choose, and they are only available to students from the previous year.
They can only apply if they have not applied for any other scholarship offered by the Indian government or private organisations. For example, the government of Uttar Pradesh provides scholarships to needy college students and scholars from the SC/ST/OBC categories.
