The School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) Institute of Management was established in 2008 and offers postgraduate programmes in the fields of management, human resources, business design and business leadership. Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the SOIL Institute of Management placement cell takes the responsibility of designing the curriculum, selecting and mentoring students and creating relevant case studies. One of the top B-Schools in India, SOIL Gurgaon has two campuses, one in Gurgaon and the other in Manesar, and is ranked 11th by MBA Universe and 18th by Business World (New Gurgaon). With over 5,000 students, the institute prioritises holistic growth, and the campus displays a state-of-the-art infrastructure that enhances every student's whole educational experience.

The final SOIL Institute of Management placements 2022 has been successfully conducted for the PG courses. Over 60 companies participated in PGDM placements and most of them were from sectors like banking and financial services and information technology. Over 300 companies from various sectors have recruited students. The highest package offered to the students was Rs 20 LPA. The SOIL Institute of Management average package stood at Rs 9.7 LPA. SOIL Institute of Management Placement Process 2022

Recruiting companies at SOIL placements, devote their time in developing the curriculum, choosing students, providing them with mentoring, and creating pertinent case studies. This greatly expands the range of employment opportunities available to the students. The placement department makes sure that the students have a useful platform for engagement. The SOIL Gurgaon placement process is elaborate, the placements and other related activities are conducted in the months between August and January. The following is a list of the months in which SOIL Institute of Management placements are conducted:

  • Around August the companies are invited for internships and final placements.
  • In September, corporate live projects are provided to the PGPM (one year) students.
  • In October the laterals placement process for the two-year PGDM students with work experience is held.
  • In November, summer internship projects for the two-year PGDM students take place.
  • The final placements for one-year PGPM students begin in December.
  • In January the final placements for two-year PGDM students start.
