Symbiosis Institute of International Business admission usually starts in the month of August every year. Candidates who are seeking admission in SIIB, Pune for MBA course must have a valid score in Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) entrance test which is a common written test for pursuing MBA in all symbiosis institutes. In order to be eligible for SIIB Pune, candidates must be graduated from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes). A candidate who has completed graduation from a foreign university should obtain an equivalent certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Candidates who are seeking admission in SIIB, Pune for MBA must have to appear first for Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) test which is a common written test for pursuing MBA in all symbiosis institutes. SNAP entrance exam mostly happens in the month of December each year. Interested applicants can enroll themselves online on the official website of SNAP and can complete the registration and payment process and get the SNAP ID. The application fee for each course is INR 1000 + 18% GST.
The fees can be paid through Credit/ Debit cards or Net banking. The payment can be made offline as well either through cash or demand draft. The DD should be in favor of Symbiosis Test Secretariat payable at Pune and has to be sent to Symbiosis International University, Pune. The candidates who clear the SNAP test also have to register separately on official website of SIIB. The documents required at the time of admission are class 10th mark sheet, class 12th mark sheet, graduation mark sheet, work experience certificate, caste certificate, and migration certificate.
On the basis of SNAP test scores and marks in qualifying degree examination, the short listed applicants are invited at SIIB for further selection process. The process includes written ability test (GE-PIWAT), group exercise and personal interview. The candidates who are appearing for final year exam can also apply for admission at SIIB subject to obtaining 50% marks in qualifying degree examination. Final selection in MBA at SIIB Pune is subjected to the performance of a candidate in SNAP, WAT, and personal interview.
