AV rooms and lecture halls are well-equipped with audio visual equipments, LCD projector, screen, computer and glass board each. They have capacity to accommodate 60 students each. Assembly hall also is well equipped with LCD projector, screen and audio-visual equipments, with a seating capacity to accommodate all the students and faculty at a time. In addition to theoretical knowledge, students also have the opportunity to learn through the fascinating audio visual medium. There are twenty exclusive studios for B.Arch. course and four studios for M.Arch. courses, with proper lighting and ventilation, storage and drafting facilities, and multiple electric points for students’ laptop computers and LCD projectors. These rooms are very spacious to facilitate the students to work very peacefully. SCOA has both central library & Departmental library. SCOA library is situated on the 2nd Floor of central library STES which is spread in 5 floors & each floor is having built up area of 1145 sq.mt& accommodates over 3000 user at a time. Central Library is working 24X7on all days including Institute holidays & Sunday. Central library is having separate digital library with 30 PCs on 4th floor & exhaustive Rooftop Restaurant for the users.
