Note: Insights gathered through various sources across internet like student reviews, ratings, student testimonials etc
Overall: The crowd of the campus is not up to the mark. But this can not be changed. Also, the area of the campus is a bit small and we can't do anything about it.
Placement: Major students are placed from the CE section. The highest package offered in this course is around 15LPA. The average package of this college is 5LPA. The top campus visiting the college are from the IT sector and they recruit accordingly. The lowest package was that of 4 LPA this year. Local companies as well as MNCs visit the college for recruitments.
Infrastructure: The hostel is average rated. Wi-Fi, labs and library facilities are available in the college. The mess food is not so good and it can be improved. You get 2 vegetables along with roti and dahi. The campus has various sports facilities including volleyball, basketball, football, badminton, tennis, long tennis and many more. The classrooms are average in size and are enough to accommodate 70 students.
Faculty: The teachers are very kind and helping in nature. They give you every kind of knowledge possible. The curriculum is not very relevant to the real world application and can be improved. 2 midterms and one end semester exam are conducted during one semester. The difficulty level is average and they can be cleared by studying a few days before the exams.
Hostel: Their are two types of hostel in college one with AC and non AC , one with the AC is 50000 more expensive then the nonAC hostel the hostel fee for the year is 100000 and non ac hostel have ducting for cool air and it is nice non ac hostel students got separate rooms but ac hostel students need to share the rooms. But hostel mess food is not that much nice it is very bad .
Overall: The campus is green and is well maintained. They focus on the overall development of their students including the soft skills. The placement record is pretty impressive.
Faculty: The facility that SKIT College provides is very good because they have a very experienced teacher team with an advanced technological lab. Teachers are very friendly and helpful. Placement in this college for batches 2019–2023 is not that good, but in the future, it is going to increase by a factor of two.
Hostel: The hostel of SKIT is very well-managed; we have four different hostel options for boys, and there is one for girls. For boys, you can choose any of them. They also differ in price; if you want more facilities, Nirwana AC is best for that. For food, it is not so delicious, but we can eat it, and it is also healthy.
Overall: The college campus is completely covered with plants so it took the surrounding and environment cool College playing is also nice and excellent The college campus provides internship for 1st year students
Placement: The placement rates are good, but most of the students are placed in low-paying jobs. The highest package was 18 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Companies like Infosys Cognitive and TCs visit campus. Most of the students are placed in core jobs. The average package is 5 LPAs. Also, students get a decent offer off campus. There are no extra charges for sitting in a placement interview.
Infrastructure: The accommodation facilities are available for students. It includes a mattress, table, chair, almirah, B.Ed., and also ducting facilities that are available during the summer. The food quality is very average and sometimes disappointing. Many sports facilities are available, like volleyball, basketball, cricket, table tennis, and many more. Good infrastructure is provided, including labs, libraries, and good classrooms. Overall, it is good, according to my feelings.
Faculty: There are two midterms and one end-term examination in a semester. The difficulty level is moderate and can be cleared by studying a few days before. The faculty is very supportive and humble. They are highly educated and well-qualified. According to me, the course is not very relevant and can be improved. Its real-world application is not very relevant to the real world. The course quality can be improved.
Hostel: n hostal room 1bed, chair, study table, 1 almirah, silling fan, duct cooler are provide. HOSTAL MEAL: 4 times in a day food is provided. breack fast, lunch, snacks with tea in evening, and dinner with milk (sunday). Registration Process: you have to just go admision cell of campush and they give you whole detail about it. Locality: 10 km far from railway and bus station. 6 km fat from airport.
Overall: clean environment and mostly hostel facility with 24*7 support of water and wardens with humble nature to help you out in many of the problem secondly the ground area of football is maintained regularly and the eqipments and coach emphasised to make teams and do play competative matches for improvement. i like the placement percentage in IT companies with average 6 lpa for almost all the CSE,IT students. also meanwhile they have make us prepare for DSA for college placement
Placement: Almost 1100 students take admission in their first year. The highest placement is 12 lacs, the lowest placement is 5 lacs, and the average placement is 4 to 5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Ambuja Cement, Infosys, Cognizant and many more visit campus. Most of the students are placed in core jobs; some have pursued higher education and some are in civil services as well. According to me, it depends on the person itself.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well maintained. Well-equipped library and labs with average classrooms and low-speed Wi-Fi facilities. The hostel is not very good and the food is also average. For accommodation, you get a bed, chair and some other basic amenities. Sports grounds are available for basketball, volleyball, football and other indoor games. There is no such separate medical room or medical facility but you get first access at each block of the building. I must say the people here are very friendly and familiar.
Faculty: The faculty is highly educated and the professors are kind and supportive. But I think the teaching methods can be improved and newer, and the latest teaching methods can be introduced. The course is very old. There are a total 3 exams, out of which 2 are conducted at the college level and one at the RTU level. Exams are slightly difficult and can be cleared with constant study. Out of 100, you need 40 marks to pass.
Hostel: There are 4 hostels for boys and 1 hostel for girls. Out of the 4 boys hostel one is having single rooms having common washroom and other three with twin sharing and separte washrooms. The two hostels of boys are in the campus itself and three outside but in a small range. The girls hostel is inside. There are ducts installed in rooms for air conditioning which are open on a fixed time and 1 hostel of boys have split ac with increased rent. Rent-- 1,00,000 yearly +7000 security deposit for duct having rooms 1,50,000 yearly +7000 security deposit for air conditioning room. You can't go outside or enter the campus beyond 9 pm for boys and 7 pm for girls (which is too short in my opinion). I mean you are in college at least give this much freedom. Also there is attendance taken in night by the wardens here. MANY RULES ARE THERE FOR HOSTELLERS SO IT IS BETTER TO TAKE A PG OR FLAT.
Overall: The college organises annual fest Pravah every year in the month of March-April. Various clubs are present in the college to promote extra-curricular activities.
Placement: Almost all students with good skills and CGPA are allowed to sit for placement interviews. The highest package offered was 47 lac and average package offered is 4-5 lac per annum. The recruiters are TCS, Infosys, cognizant. The roles offered in the course are software engineers, data analyst, Web developed etc.
Infrastructure: Labs are well-equipped with the required facilities and equipments. Classrooms are well furnished with proper benches. College Wi-Fi is also available for students convenience. The college is having central library with almost all required books and periodicals. There are 2-3 hostels of college with proper facilities as per requirement of student like air-conditioned rooms, well furnished rooms etc. The food in the is of average quality. Sports club is present in the campus to promote activities.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified, experienced and supportive towards students. They have a vast knowledge in their. The course curriculum of first year is irrelevant from my point of view as basics of all engineering branches are taught. The level of semesters exams is moderate difficult and the pass percentage is quite good.
Hostel: The experience of hostel is a little bit not worth full as they money rented from us. The facilities provided here is cooler, light fans attached at bath , table and chair for our study , some rooms have balcony in their rooms some don't have that facility Talking about the food provided is 2/10 , literally the taste and quality of food provided is not worth it
Overall: There is an annual fest conducted by the college named Pravah. A fest is also held in the college named ICI Fest. The major event is Pravah, and the college does not organize many festivals in the college. Aarohan Fest is for sports. The campus is surrounded by trees, which gives pace and is also stress-relieving. Scholarships are provided for economically weaker sections, like the Pragati Scholarship and the Samaj Kalyan Scholarship.
Placement: The college placements rate is around 70%, mostly because recently, Just pay and Watch visited for campus placements offering packages worth 9 Lacs per annum to the students. The highest package of SKIT is 21 LPA till now and the minimum package is 5 LPA. Various internships are given to the students.
Infrastructure: The entire college has high Wi-Fi services which is connected through the ERL portal of SKIT. Labs contain high quality equipments with a lab assistant. There are three hostels for boys and one for the girls. For boys Nirwana, Kbh and Rkh hostels are provided, and for girls there is Noran.
Faculty: The faculty at Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology and Gramothan is well trained, but some of them are don’t teach in understandable manners. The course and the syllabus is designed by RTU and the exams are conducted as per the centre system, we have to go to the other colleges for exams.
Hostel: The college owned a 3 hostel and now after the autonomous i think they buy a new hostel also the hostel facilities which are provided by college are 1 table 1 chair a almera and also a duct facility these facilities are for in campus hostel out of the campus they provide the cooler
Overall: I chose this course because computer science is a growing field nowadays and I have good-salary jobs in my branch. Data science is my favorite subject. Also, its jobs are highly paid and very fascinating for me. I want to improve 1st year labs like mechanical workshops because these are very hectic for 1st year students.
Placement: About 30 to 40% of students got placed by on-campus placement. Remaining students have to try for off-campus placements. The highest package was 12 lacs per annum, and the average placement was 5 lacs per annum. And the lowest placement offered was 2 lacs per annum. Companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Ambuja Cement, TCS, and Infosys visit the college campus. About 20% of students get an internship. Roles include data analyst, web developer, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus is filled with trees and plants. Classrooms are very spacious, and the library is very good; almost all the books are available there. Wi-Fi limit is 3 GB. Mess quality is below average. Many sports are available here, like volleyball, football, and basketball.
Faculty: The teachers here have B.Tech and M.Tech degrees. Many of them have completed Ph.D. programs. All are well qualified for their respective subjects. The teaching quality is also nice. The course curriculum is being followed by Rajasthan Technical University, so it makes the students industry-ready. The Semester difficult level is moderate. Not so easy or not so tough. The syllabus is limited. Almost 75 to 80% pass the exam with a good CGPA.
Hostel: The room size is good, there is are rooms with double sharing for girls and for boys there are single rooms. There is a 4 time meal system which is good but the meal quality is however compromised. The hostel is affordable and the registration process is not hasty. There are strict rules for everything so better watch out.
Overall: The campus is well maintained and has hygiene facilities throughout the buildings. The college has a fest that is organized every year called Pravah..
Placement: Out of 1100 students this year, only 350 got placed in the placement. The highest package is 47 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. But most of the high-end packages are off-campus. TCS, Infosys, ICICI Bank, and other local companies in Jaipur visit the college for placement. The average package is around 5 LPA. Most jobs are offered for core jobs, and as web development, data management, and frontend development develop.
Infrastructure: According to my view, the faculty of the college is good. They are educated and well-qualified, and they are also helpful in nature. The infrastructure is decent but is maintained in good condition. Average labs with almost every instrument and a good-quality library with an air-conditioned hall. The hostel facility is not so good. The ducting is not very effective, and the mess food is average. Single-seater rooms are available for boys, and you get chairs, tables, B.Ed., and other basic equipment. The campus has many sports facilities, like cricket, badminton, long tennis, volleyball, and other indoor games. Every classroom has eight fans, and no air conditioning is available in classrooms.
Faculty: The faculty or teachers are highly educated and have completed their PhDs and other degrees from high institutions. They are helpful in nature, and they are also available after class for your doubts and questions. But I think the course should be improved, and the study should also be adapted to technology so that students get used to it. Quality, of course, must be improved. One semester has two internal practicals, two internal exams, and one external practical, along with one main semester-end exam. Almost 80 to 90 percent of students pass the exams, as the exams are not very difficult and can be cleared within a few weeks of study.
Hostel: There is a separate mess for boys and girls. The entire mess area is air-cooled and students are provided with breakfast, lunch, evening refreshment & dinner. The hostel committee coordinates with the mess committee for smooth running of the mess. The mess committee monitors the quality, taste and hygiene of food served in the mess. They also interact with the mess vendor to provide him with the feedback of students and to introduce possible changes in the menu. Review and inspection of the food quality is carried out at regular intervals.
Overall: The campus is well-maintained and has hygiene facilities throughout the buildings. The college has a fest that is organized every year called Pravah..
Placement: The placements at the college are quite good. The college provides top-notch companies to the students where an individual can get placement through their skillset. The top companies for B.Tech. are Infosys, Wipro, and TCS. The training and placement cell is provided to the students for learning the skills required for placements.
Hostel: Hostel Facilities: *Mess, canteen, RO water system, hot water supply through geysers in winter. *Doctor is appointed for free check-up every day in the evening and college provides 24x7 medical facility. *Daily newspaper (Hindi & English) and TV facility. *Internet and Wi-Fi facility. *Guest room for parents/ guardian/ guest person(s) at reasonable charges. *24x7 guard security system. *Sports (indoor & outdoor) and Gym facility is also available separately in boys and girls hostel.
