Centurion University of Technology and Management (SMCUTM), Bhubaneswar B.Tech : Fees, Courses, Eligibility & Admission 2024

Overall: I opted for CSE at Centurion University, because it has an abundance of interesting content and uses cutting edge technology that appeals to our generation. We had ample opportunities to showcase our interests and skills through extracurricular activities, sports, etc. Placements were good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, IBM, etc. visited during placements. We were given proper placement training and guidance on how to crack interviews.

Placement: Almost 60% of the students secure placements from our department. The highest package was around Rs 8-9 LPA. The average package was around Rs 4-5 LPA. 10-20% students received internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: WiFi was available 24x7 on campus. Every department had separate labs that is well maintained, furnished with projectors and air conditioning. The canteen food was affordable starting from Rs 30-40.

Faculty: While not all the teachers were PhD holders, they are generally excellent educators. The semester exams were of moderate difficulty. At times the difficulty varied. The pass percentage was 60%. Almost every student was able to pass easily.

Hostel: The hostel were good and had all the facilities for day to day requirement. the rooms were well furnished and has chair, tables, cupboard, etc. The fees were affordable ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 1.25 lakh per annum.

Overall: The college has the best academic results and all the excellence in the diverse fields of education and courses. It helps students gain their dream degree with a good life experience.

Placement: The placements of the college are superb and all of them were high paid . The campaigns and activites on entrepreneurship helps us getting more awared about job opportunities.

Infrastructure: The university provides students with the best infrastructure, the libraries are open 24/7 and the conference halls , canteens , laboratories etc are some of the best Infrastructural facilities.

Faculty: The faculty members are helpful and kind. They help us know the world outside the books also and help us develop a sense of independence and educational excellence.

Hostel: The hostel provided is very clean and gives a homely enviornment. The lawns are clean and green, full internet access and everything around the hostel is secured.

Overall: I completed my BTech in CSE from the university in 2022. The selection process was a bit tough. The university has CUEE for BTech admission. Students need to really prepare for this exam.

Placement: The university tries every possible thing to place 100% of BTech students. I got a job offer of 7 LPA during my placements. I am really satisfied with the placement opportunities offered by the university.

Infrastructure: Our campus is located near institutes like NISER, IIT, and AIIMS. So, the campus environment is quite vibrant. We get to meet a lot of students from various institute in the area. It really helps us in both academic and non-academic sectors.

Faculty: A number of our teachers were IIT and NIT alumni. The kind of education they offered was unparalleled. They also helped us build a vast network to help us with our professional career.

Hostel: Hostel accommodation can be a bit expensive for some students. I used to stay in a 4-seater room. My fee was around 90,000 per year. We had all kinds of facilities at the hostel.

Overall: College is the best time of my life. The infrastructure of the college is mesmerising. The building is well maintained. Educational institute is far better and coordinators are very helpful and devoted towards their students.

Overall: Cutm is more like university cum life making university,it measurly focus on the environ mental and structural devlopment which is a good thing,demerits i would say is faculty shortage if you look for a strict and dicipline degree to be carried by ur child then cutm is best on that

Placement: Placement is the main reason whay every students comes here though cutm is trying hard to make 100%placement but due to recssion evrery corporate job is being affected so i would say do a try our university

Infrastructure: Cutm is improving itself day by day and is working on the structure of the college to meet the basic need of a student who is studaying in a university

Faculty: Ok so the faculty thing is little bit low in the university i am not saying the faculty are not good but im saying in the scence they are not sufficient

Hostel: Hostel is not secure for girls and a little bit expensive but the security and the rules and regulations are followed by each nd everyone and the wardeners are also doing a greatjob
