Overall: Overall it's good in aspects of safety and academics. Attendance is taken at the start and end of each session either manually or through biometric. Even the patient inflow is good and sufficient for each student to have enough exposure. Staffs and faculties are mostly helpful.
Placement: Most of my batchmates have got their Post graduate seats in AIIMS and even JIPMER or atleast a decent medical College. Pass percentage is extremely good here. Also passed out students from the same college have more chance to join as a Junior resident here.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great and still progressing as the college is going to be a deemed college soon. Lecture halls are big enough and air conditioned. Practical labs are not air conditioned but ventilation is good. Coming to study hall and liabrary they're well maintained and most of the standard books are available. There are rooms for students to have their lunch (girls and boys have separate rooms). Also there are 3 - 5 canteens within the campus. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. The entire campus is under CCTV surveillance
Faculty: Faculties are helpful. Almost all the departments have more than sufficient faculties. I've personally seen nearly 4-8 faculties who actually did their UG in JIPMER or worked at some government college. They're a big asset when comes to exams because they're more capable preparing students for the questions which a government college external might put forth.
Hostel: Since I was a dayscholar I don't know much about hostel but what information I have through my friends, hostel is quite safe and maintained adequately. Some students even find it strict due to safety reasons.
Overall: Overall it is a good college as they complete the portion prior to the stipulated time and also we have atleast 1-2 revision sessions before our model exams commence. Also there is manual attendance and biometric attendance taken so they make sure no students bunk the lectures as such. The management in terms of academics is pretty good.
Placement: The pass percentage is really good at this college. Atleast 2-3 students from each passing batch get a seat in to AIIMS/JIPMER which is a really good thing. Also most of the students are able to make their ways into a government college and private colleges. Very less number of students actually need to give multiple attempts in neet pg in order to fetch a seat. Also they hire their own students as junior residents and give them priority when they apply for the same.
Infrastructure: Since now the seats have increased from 150 to 250 the management has built new classes in order to accomodate the students and the furniture and overall infrastructure is wonderfully managed. Each class is having a good ventilation and completely air conditioned. Except for the auditorium for final year students wherein the air conditions don't work at times but still it's very less time that we need to spend in that auditorium so it's manageable.
Faculty: Depending on how much the students are actually willing to study the attitude of each teacher varies. Moreover each department has a number of teachers so there is nothing like issue with faculties cause for each department there is atleast one good faculty. Mostly faculties are very particular about how much the students want and how much the students are interested in seeing the cases.
Hostel: The hostel is very strict for boys especially and for girls it's not that strict. Hostel is having wifi, also everytime you step out you need to punch in and punch out. The hostel food is okay but not that good and hygienic. As far as safety is concerned the hostel rooms are safe and the ambience is good for boys and girls both.
