To be eligible for the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) at St. Pauls Institute of Communication Education, Mumbai, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The degree must be obtained with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Final year students can also apply, provided they submit their final year results at the time of admission. Additionally, candidates must clear the entrance examination conducted by the institute. Proficiency in English is a must as the medium of instruction is English. Work experience, though not mandatory, can be an added advantage during the selection process.

- Character certificate from the last attended institution
- Migration certificate from the last attended institution
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Passport size photographs
- Aadhaar card or any other government-issued ID proof
