Terms of Surajmal University Provisional Admission 2024

• Candidates will be eligible for provisional admission to any of the university's academic programmes if they took a qualifying examination and the results are still pending.
• Under the condition that all necessary paperwork is submitted within the allotted time limit, a student may be admitted provisionally to any of the academic programmes offered by the university.
• Those who are granted interim admission as a result of the non-declaration of their qualifying examination results must submit their mark sheets prior to taking the university examination or filling out the examination form, whichever occurs first. Only after presenting an affidavit to establish their eligibility ahead of the exam will these students be permitted admission. In no circumstances is a fee refund allowed.
• The student's admission to any Surajmal University course is conditional until it is confirmed by the university. It is also subject to cancellation in accordance with any and all statutes, rules and regulations, disciplinary conduct, orders, instructions, systems, policies, guidelines, etc., of the university that are currently in effect or that may be modified in the future.

An international student who falls under the categories of Foreign Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, or any other group shall be solely responsible for securing the educational visa, obtaining all necessary clearances from the relevant authorities, and meeting all other requirements necessary for his/her study in India in order to pursue or be admitted to any academic programme at the Surajmal University, Kichha, Uttarakhand.
