Overall: College has a great ambiance and as it it in the main campus of university college there is a wide area to roam around and enjoy. But the facilities in the college is not upto mark . The faculty is the best though and are very supportive. The main problem is exams not being conducted on time .

Placement: They collect funds from all the students during registration in the name of placement training but they give a one year trading to only some students who are good at studies and a one week training when the placements start for the others all though all pay equally. And the main thing is these funds aren’t there with the college either and is with the university and isn’t given to the college as of now . Also there are very few who get placed out of hundreds only maximum 15 get placed . Especially in the IT field companies aren’t taking up freshers .

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is amazing as of now there are only three departments but that itself there aren’t enough classrooms and labs to accommodate the students of a class that’s one problem but otherwise the infrastructure is amazing

Faculty: The faculty in the college is the best . All the teachers are very supportive and do their best to teach us . All the faculty members are excellent teachers and very patient.

Hostel: The university provides hostels only for PG students and not for BTech students . The students need to find other private hostels or stay as paying guests .

Overall: I would give my college and overall rating of 4/5 because I loved every aspect but still some issues remained. The campus is vast and we get to enjoy all kinds of cultural activities which other students don't recieve. But the semester exams conducted here are very late and it clashes with the next semester studies. It's the only drawback that I see otherwise a great college

Placement: This college also has a well functioning placement cell which offers placements to top companies like tata, ust, Infosys as the college is close to technopark. We get placements every year from top companies like this

Infrastructure: It doesn't have the kind of modern infrastructure like private colleges but still has pretty decent buildings. One great thing here is that the campus is vast like nowhere else and is filled with greenery it's like studying in the midst of a forest

Faculty: The faculty members do their job very well and they teach everything according to syllabus accurately. The give liberal internal marks and are strict as far as government colleges go

Hostel: There was no hostel facility at a time but now there are hostel facilities available inside campus and outside campus. They are pretty decent and hygienic and has decent food.

Overall: Standing majestically in the IT hub of the state, UCEK is one of the best colleges in trivandrum undoubtedly. It's close proximity with the Technopark is one salient attraction that makes it truly stand out. Academics is commendable under the guidance of knowledgeable professors. Extra curricular activities, sports and social and charitable events take place from time to time. Many tech giants organize campus interviews and a large chunk of our students get hired every year. Overall it is a great college for aspiring engineering aspirants.

Placement: Every year a large chunk of the students from are college are hired by various companies via campus recruitments. The top tech giants that visits our college are TCS, Wipro, IBM, Infosys, UST Global, IBS, SPERIDIAN, CTS etc. A very resolute Career Guidance and Placement Cell works in our campus that assures that every student is aided with maximum resources and opportunities to face their interviews with every grace.

Infrastructure: We have a central Wi-Fi Facility, Post office, SBI bank and Health centre within the campus. The Central library houses many books, magazine, science publications, journals and research papers.

Faculty: We have a team of scholarly professors who constantly motivates us to study harder and become better versions of us everyday. What amasses me is their approach to inculcate both deep learning as well as exam oriented learning in us. The teachers are very friendly and they works really hard to clear our queries and provide us with maximus resources.

Hostel: Currently we do not have a college hostel, which might seem like a difficulty, but then we have a lot of trustworthy private hostels and PG's around the locality. Many hostels even have a percent of their rooms allotted for UCEK students.
