SBM provides a well stocked library consisting of both texts and references along with provision for news papers, periodicals and journals of both National and International repute. The library also provides DELNET facility. The Institute is quite liberal in issuing books in all subjects to the students to facilitate home studies matching to classroom disseminations..
Separate hostel facility is provided for boys and girls. All the hostels are equipped with morning newspapers, TV & other facilities as required by the students.
To develop the innate talents of students in extra-curricular activities, USBM has introduced a concept of Hobby club. On every Saturday, the last two periods are devoted for the hobby club, in which invited mentors from outside guide the students. In-house faculty mentors monitor and coordinate the activities of each club
