To pursue a B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology) degree at Vignan's Institute of Information Technology Visakhapatnam, aspiring candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria. They should have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
