Overall: VGEC is 2nd best government engineering college in Ahmedabad after LDCE , the college provide good placement, well infrastructure, moderate faculties and good library.
Placement: The placements are carried in 7th semester , and the average placement for Computer Branch is around 4 lpa , it might be low but the best thing is placement rate of IT and CE branch is almost 90%.
Infrastructure: No other Government Colleges have such a huge campus that VGEC has . There are almost 20 blocks for each department having their own space , the greenery among campus is mesmerising for students.
Faculty: This is the biggest problem of VGEC , some of the faculties are rude and they don’t give any importance to students. If you are dreaming that they will teach you concepts like what is done in school , then It will not work for you . The department coordinator are good in nature and will help you.
Hostel: The hostel cost is very minimal but the mess food or cleanliness in hostel rooms is pathetic. It is the biggest problem for us , the mess food is unhygienic.

Placement: College Placements are great if you have skills and knowledge of the specific roll of the company you will get the placement, Placement Cell struggles and get all the best companies to the college so that all students can do well in their life.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at College is commendable, offering modern facilities conducive to learning. From best laboratories for specific Subjects. The campus boasts of lush greenery, enhancing the overall ambiance. With its state-of-the-art infrastructure, they ensures a fulfilling educational experience for students.
Faculty: Facilities of the college are very friendly they teach us like are friends and also they have so much knowledge of their own subjects they have given us educational knowledge as well as some knowledge that helps us in our life.
Hostel: hostels provide a comfortable and conducive living environment for students. With clean facilities and ample amenities, residents can focus on their studies without distractions. The hostel staff are supportive, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Also in Hostels they have games indoor and outdoor games both. So students can be physically healthy.
ReportOverall: Overall the Vishwakarma government engineering college is a great place to learn and connect with peoples.The college have a good working and learning environment. It also have so many clubs like cultural club,nature club,rocket science club.
Placement: The placement of vgec attracts the most. I an CE student and last year our college got 100% placement in our department.The recruitment cell of our college is great and provide a sessions for placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of VGEC is great. It follows the government prototype we have more than 15 building for diffrent departments. And it's also have garden outside the department. We have a workshop and library too.
Faculty: The faculty of vgec is great. I personally feels that the staff is so good and principle also is very friendly. All faculty have a great educational background and they are very exited to teach. If you have a query They teach you personally and help to guide you.
Hostel: I am not a hostel Student but I visited once we had a garba program. The girls hostel is great with beds and personal cupboard. Every single room has a gallery. The second girl hostel is also Going on. I think it will be ready next year.

Placement: I got placed in my third year sixth sem. J am thankful to my college and placement cell department for doing such hardwork for us. In my department more than 45 student s are placed.
Infrastructure: There is deferent department of each course of two storey building. With play ground of Vallyball, cricket, football, basketball, and indoor games are there.
Faculty: I have been grateful for getting chance to learn from vishwakarma government engineering college faculty. These are the best faculty from gujrat. Thank you
Hostel: There is two hostels of three storey infrastructure for boys. And also there is one hostel for girls for three storey building infrastructure with hygiene food.
