Dear student, yes you may get a transfer from one program to another but within a prescribed time limit. For that you may ask your teachers, mentors, head of the departments to guide you in this regard. There are a couple of things which need to be taken into consideration such as availability of seats. If the seats are available in the program that you want to shift to then only this transfer will become possible. In certain cases, the eligibility, the course studied till date is also looked into. LPU has not given any guidelines pertaining to admission on the basis of national tests. Best thing to do right now is to appear for LPUNEST and seek admission in B Tech. However, you need to fulfil the eligibility conditions. The eligibility for the program is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. Since you have already qualified JEE you would know the drill and preparing for LPUNEST won't be much of a task.
