The Institute has a splendid amphitheatre where many activities are organized. Self-supporting campus is located on its permanent site near Jindal Nagar on National Highway (NH-24) joining Delhi and Lucknow. The campus, spread over an area of 15 acres, has all modern facilities such as Wi-Fi, spacious labs & classrooms and also Multimedia LCD Projector installed in classrooms, state-of-the-art engineering labs, hostels for boys and girls, seminar rooms, conference halls, indoor and outdoor games facilities, playgrounds, canteen etc. A well connected public transport system already exists between Ghaziabad / Delhi / Noida and Institute.

The VITS provides 3-hostels for his students 1 hostel for girls and 2 hostels for boys.
