The hostel facilities are provided for male and female students to those who are coming from out station. The charges are revised time to time by the management. However the local candidates are allowed to come from their homes. The students who are provided hostel facilities must bring their own bedding v and bed linen. Indoor and out door game facilities are provided. A separate room is provided for the visitors to visit. Time for visit is notified. Candidates are exposed to all the clinical areas including specialized units and the community centres. They are expected to co relate and practice nursing as per theoretical knowledge. Clinical supervision is done by trained and experienced clinical instructors, nursing supervisors and staff nurses. Modern up to date library facilities are provided within the building. However each student is encouraged, to buy their I own books. Trained and experienced librarian is there to help and guide the students. The total number of books (Latest)are available, numbering over 4,000 volumes of various titles. The clinical facilities of Wanless Hospital is excellent for the study and care of Patients. The hospital has a capacity of 400 beds with all the Clinical specialities. It offers services in medicine,surgery,orthopaedics,ophthalmology, Paediatrics,Psychiatry,Neurology Coronary Care Unit, Medical and Surgical Intensive Care Unit & Artificial Kidney Unit, Mother and Child care block with Neonatal Intensive care unit. The College is also equipped with modern teaching facilities. LCD Projector, Charts, O.H.P. slides, specimen, models and films are used as aids in teaching. Field trips are made in connection with some courses.
