Academic Qualification Requirements
Candidates must hold any of the following degrees: B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing Post Basic, B.Sc. Hons. Nursing.
Candidates must have completed their graduation from a university recognised by the INC (Indian Nursing Council).
The cut-off percentage varies from university to university but, candidates must have scored at least 50 per cent marks in their graduation.

The admission to M.Sc. in Medical-Surgical Nursing is done through entrance exams.
Some institutes conduct their own entrance exams whereas, some offer admission through state entrance exams.
Candidates who score well in the exams make it to the merit list and are then called to further their admission.
