Overall: University have many options for the students for graduation in courses with well experienced lecturers. Campus is also so clean and vast for the students .
Overall: I chose M.Sc Zoology subject because I wanted to specialise in it so that I could pursue a Ph.D for my further studies. I believe education should be more practical than traditional and archaic theoretical. The university hosts a variety of events, such as a farewell party, sporting activities, Yuva Mahotsav, Gorakhpur Mahotsav, Kavi Samellan, and others. These activities are also covered in local newspapers. Every year, elections are also held on campus. Many activities are organised by the university. On the college campus, holy festivals are celebrated with friends and teachers. The college campus is spread out over a broad region. The college offers numerous scholarships to the students including UP Scholarship, Mandi Samiti Scholarship, Handicaps Scholarship, and other Scholarship opportunities. Extracurricular activities include NCC, NSS, Rovers, and Rangers.
Placement: For science students, placements are extremely limited or non-existent. They are much behind in terms of arts students. Internships are available in L.L.B studies but not in other subjects.
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is really outstanding, as we have two large playgrounds and an indoor stadium. The canteen is also large, and the menu selection is limited. The classrooms are spacious, and the library is excellent, with books by international authors that you cannot afford to buy.
Faculty: Although there are occasional outliers, the teachers here are helpful and qualified. There are some pompous teachers, but they are the most courteous when educating us. The professors here are well-known and have doctorates in their fields. For students who are interested, additional courses are offered in addition to their regular studies.
Hostel: On campus, there are four boys hostels: Sant Kabir Hostel, Gautam Buddha Hostel, Swami Vivekananda Hostel, and Nath Chandrawat Hostel, and two girls hostels: Maharani Laxmibai Hostel and Alaknanda Hostel. There is also a canteen and a common hall in the hostel. All hostel students have access to free Wi-Fi.
