Step 1 | Candidates must check the eligibility criteria and match it with the respective qualifications prior to filling the application form. They must ensure that there is a valid email address, telephone number, and address, all of which must be valid during the IBS Dehradun admission process. |
Step 2 | Calculate the percentage of graduation, class 12, or class 10. If the previous institution used the Grade Point Average (GPA) system, then students should convert it into percentages using the formula which the previous institution followed. If there was no conversion scheme, then the equivalence can be calculated by dividing the obtained Cumulative GPA (CGPA) by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying it by 100. |
Step 3 | As the next step in the IBS Dehradun course admissions, students are to visit the website "admissions.ibsindia.org." The opening screen would have two tabs, namely, the “Application Number” and “Password”. For those candidates who had collected the bulletin online, the application number and password to be used would have been mailed to the registered email id. In the case of offline collection of the bulletin, the application number would be mentioned on the top of the voucher and the password would be the voucher number which can be found under the scratch area at the top of the voucher. |
Step 4 | The IBS Dehradun admission portal would direct the candidates to a “Change Your Password” section. Enter a new password and login once again with the new credentials. |
Step 5 | By entering the newly created password, students will be able to access the application form. |
Step 6 | As the next step fill out the IBS Dehradun admission form using details like contact details, personal details, the past academic record of graduation and higher education, etc. |
Step 7 | Students must upload a coloured passport-size photograph in jpg or gif format. The photograph should not exceed 25KB in size and should be approximately 140 – 160 pixels. |

MBA/PGDM | Candidates who are graduates in any discipline with at least 50% marks and have the medium of instruction as English only. Must have completed a minimum of 15 years of graduation on a "10+2+3" or "10+2+4" basis for IBS Dehradun admission. Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation must submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2022. Students pursuing the final year of Bachelor's degree can also apply. This is subject to the condition that they complete the graduation requirements before May 31, 2022. The IBS Dehradun course admissions of such candidates will remain provisional until they submit valid marksheets and degree certificates received from the previous university. The last date for submitting these documents will be November 1, 2023. The eligibility criteria will be checked in August 2022, hence, students must ensure that they meet the above-mentioned criteria by the due date.
