• Step 1: Visit the official website of KUHS and click on ‘apply online’.
• Step 2: Now, you will be redirected to the admission page of KUHS. Complete the registration process and create a profile.
• Step 3: Fill in all details available in the KUHS DM application form.
• Step 4: Now pay the KUHS DM application fee and click on submit button.
• Step 5: After the submission, keep a hard copy of KUHS DM Application Form.
