For the application process, a candidate can choose either of the two ways listed below:

> The APGC Jaipur application form can be filled out online at one's own home. The application fees of INR 500 can be paid using a credit card, debit card, or net banking by scanning the QR code provided on the college’s official website.

> The application form can be downloaded after taking its printout, and while submitting it, the application fee can be paid at the college campus.

> The application can be availed directly from the college campus by paying an application fee of INR 500. Later it can be filled and submitted along with the other essential documents.

> Admission in APGC Jaipur is confirmed only after the required fee for a particular course is deposited along with the submission of required original documents.

> Inter-changing of streams after admission is possible only if seats are available in that particular stream. The interchanging across the different streams of study at the APGC can be done only in the following manner:

• Science to Commerce or Arts Stream
• Arts to the commerce stream
• Commerce to arts stream

> Candidates migrating from other states should have an aggregate score of 60 percent in their previous exams from a recognized university and educational board of studies.

> If a candidate wishes to withdraw the admission, then the entry can be canceled within seven days of the payment of the admission fee, and the committee will refund the price paid with a deduction of INR 2000. Post which, the admission fee will not be refunded.

Documents needed for admission 2023

For the validation of the admission process, a candidate needs to produce the following documents at the APGC, Jaipur:

> Secondary examination certificate:

The candidate should produce a self-attested copy of the 10th or secondary examination certificate.

> Senior secondary exam / UG final year exam mark sheet.

A self-attested photocopy of the senior secondary exam certificate or final aggregate mark sheet of the UG exam should be attached to the application form.

> Transfer certificate/character certificate.

Transfer certificate or a character certificate from the previous institute is necessary, along with other documents. Two Character Certificates should be attached for private students.

> Caste certificate (scheduled caste / scheduled tribe /other backward classes / specially-abled students)

The candidate should attach a self-attested photocopy of the caste certificate if they hail from a reservation category caste or a candidate is physically abled.

> Migration certificate original

Suppose a candidate is migrating from any other college or a different state. In that case, an original copy of the migration certificate from the previous institution has to be produced along with other documents at the time of admission at the Agrawal PG College. This does not apply to the RBSE (University of Rajasthan) students.

> 12th Marks:

Eligibility criteria for Professional courses admission into Agrawal PG College

For admission to BCA

> 12th Marks:

A candidate must have scored 50 percent in the relevant stream 12th boards exam to BCA. At the same time, a 40 percent score is applicable only in the case of students coming from reservation categories like SC/ST/OBC.
