Dear Asole Das,

Yes, AIIMS Bhopal does accept NEET ranking in lakhs. For example, the cut-off rank for General Category for admission to MBBS at AIIMS Bhopal in 2022 was 579, equivalent to a NEET score 690. The cut-off ranks for other categories are also very high. The cut-off ranks for AIIMS Bhopal are so high because it is one of the top medical colleges in India. It is also a government college, so the seats are very limited. As a result, there is a lot of competition for admission to AIIMS Bhopal.
