There are two hostels for men's and women's separately in the Campus.
1. Moulana Azad Men's Hostel with Annexure Accommodation - 300 Nos.
2. Bibi Khatija Ladies Hostel with Annexure Accommodation - 300 Nos.
3. Ladies and Boys PG Hostels Accommodation - 300 Nos.
II. Both the hostels are available for the students of Al- Ameen Medical College and Al-Ameen Dental College.

III. Both the hostels 24 hours electricity. In case of power failure hostels are having own generators. It has its own water supply facility. All the hostels are provided solar heater which supply warm water round the clock. At Bibi Khatija Ladies Hostel each rooms are provided with attach bathroom and toilet.
