Bijapur city is the Head Quarter of the Bijapur district of Karnataka state. The landscape between River Bhima and Krishna has rolling character unfolding this great historical city where past is ever presented with beautiful and majestic buildings of Adil Shahi days.
Bijapur is 97 km from Sholapur Jn. (Maharastra State) of Central Railway. Sholapur is well connected by Express train services from all the metropolis of India. There are local train services between Sholapur Jn. and Bijapur. Apart from this Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and Maharastra State Road Transport Corporation(MSRTC) run 24 hours bus services between Sholapur and Bijapur through National Highway 13. It is 2 ½ hours journey by road.
Daily several Luxury bus services are available between Bijapur to Bangalore, Bijapur to Mumbai, Bijapur to Pune and Bijapur to Hyderabad and vice versa. Distances are followed:

The campus is 3 Km away from the city. Al-Ameen Medical College/Al-Ameen Dental College runs it's own bus services frequently. Apart from this Local KSRTC bus services and private Auto services are available throughout the day.

There are two hostels for men's and women's separately in the Campus.

    1. Moulana Azad Men's Hostel with Annexure Accommodation - 300 Nos.
    2. Bibi Khatija Ladies Hostel with Annexure  Accommodation - 300 Nos. 
    3. Ladies and Boys PG Hostels Accommodation - 300 Nos.

II. Both the hostels are available for the students of Al- Ameen Medical College and     Al-Ameen Dental College.
          1. Own Mess and Kitchen.

          3. Prayer Hall.
          4. Telephone both with STD/ISD.

III. Both the hostels 24 hours electricity. In case of power failure hostels are having own generators. It has its own water supply facility. All the hostels are provided solar heater which supply warm water round the clock. At Bibi Khatija Ladies Hostel each rooms are provided with attach bathroom and toilet.
