On May 5th, 2023, the AISSMS CHMCT campus witnessed a gathering of 250 students and faculty, who worked tirelessly to showcase their culinary prowess on a global platform. The event was inaugurated by Shri Malojiraje Chhatrapati, Hon. Secretary, AISSM Society, in the presence of Chef Shailendra Kekade, Celebrity Chef and Restaurateur, Dr Sonali Jadhav, Principal AISSMS CHMCT, and Office Bearers of AISMM Society.
The Panel of Jury comprised Mr Rajeev Srivastava, Vice President, World Book of Record - India, representing World Book of Records, London, Dr Aparna Deshpande as subject experts, and Dr Archana Biwal as gazetted officers. They confirmed that the AISSMS CHMCT team had successfully set a new world record. The entire process of attempting this world record was led by Principal Dr Sonali Jadhav and Head of Culinary Department Dr Gauri Shah, who are part of the team that includes faculty, staff, and students.
