Training and Placement cell plays a crucial role in shaping the career of Aspirants of any institute. The institute has an active cell dedicated round the year to train and prepare the aspirants to face interviews of various 5-star hotels in India and abroad.
The placement team is also continuously maintaining professional relations with the Human Resource team of Hotels in India and abroad. Placements for final-year students begin in early September and last through March, ensuring that students receive the most benefit possible. In addition, the Training and Placement Department help with on-campus recruitment by providing a common platform for students looking for work and guaranteeing 100% placement.
Every year the placement session begins in the month of September. The college invites several renowned companies for recruitment. Top Indian Hotels are invited to the institute every year to perform a step-by-step procedure to choose the top candidates for their company. Students must pass each round before moving on to the next. Training and Placement Cell is the Backbone of any institute committed to developing dynamism, strong human values, technocratic and good leadership qualities as per the need of rapidly changing technology. Apart from the normal placement activities, the Ambala Institute of Hotel Management placement cell has frequent personal interaction with the students and understands and realizes their requirements better and tries to fulfil them effectively, boosting their confidence in all aspects.
The institute has a dedicated Training and Placement cell to oversee training and placement activities, as well as providing an official support base for final-year students' placement in the form of campus interviews and preparing students for the final knowledge test.
