Candidate must have qualified Senior Secondary Education with min. 50% or its equivalent with a recognized board. English as one of the mandatory subjects.
10+2 with a minimum of 50%: This criterion has to be fulfilled for the Craftsmanship Course in Food Production and Patisserie. For admission into the Craftsmanship Course in Food Production and Patisserie, a candidate must have 50% aggregate in English. A candidate must have mandatorily studied English in plus two to be eligible for admission into the Ambala Institute of Hotel Management Craftsmanship Course in Food Production and Patisserie.
