• For the Ambika College of Nursing admissionto ANM and GNM courses, candidates must have passed class 12 in a relevant subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate. The admission to these courses is direct and no entrance examination is needed. 
• For the B.Sc Nursing course, candidates must have passed class 12 in the Medical Stream only. The Ambika College of Nursing admission criteria for this course also includes basic entrance examination followed by counselling. 
• For admission to the Post Basic B.Sc in Nursing course, students need to pass class 12 along with completing the GNM course. 
• The Ambika College of Nursing eligibility criteria for M.Sc in Nursing includes passing B.Sc Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with a minimum aggregate of 50% in each. An entrance test is conducted which is followed by counselling rounds.
