Ambika College of Nursing Eligibility Criteria

Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM)
  • The minimum age for admission is 17 years on or before December 31 of the year of admission 
  • The maximum age is 35 years.
  • Must have passed class 12 in Arts & English Core/ English Elective or Science or Health care Science
General Nursing Midwifery (GNM)
  • Minimum and Maximum age shall be 17 and 35 years respectively. 
  • Should be registered with State Nursing Registration Council as an ANM.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
  • Must have a certificate in Midwifery and General Nursing and should be registered as RNRM with the State Nurses Registration Council.  
B.Sc Nursing
  • Must have passed class 12 in Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with an aggregate of 45% marks from a recognised board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent boards.
M.Sc Nursing
  • Should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
  • Nursing/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
  • Must also have at least 1 year of work experience.
