Aurora's Scientific and Technological Institute, Ghatkesar offers both merit-based admissions and direct admissions (under the Management Quota) to the students interested in pursuing any of the undergraduate programmes offered at ASTI. However, intake in the ASTI postgraduate programmes is done on the basis of merit only. The applicants must have a valid score in EAMCET (for UG programmes) and PGCET (for PG programmes) for admission in ASTI. For both the UG and PG programme admission at ASTI, the applicants must mandatorily fulfil the eligibility conditions prescribed by the ASTI officials.

Selection for the B.Tech program at Aurora's Scientific And Technological Institute, Ghatkesar will be done on the basis of TS EAMCET scores. Selected candidates may then proceed to submit the annual tuition fee. It must be noted that the college owns the right to cancel the admission of any candidate at any stage if are found violating the rules and regulations decided by the University.
