Bareilly International University offers admission in various undergraduate programs including MBBS, BDS, B.Sc., BBA, BPT, B.Com. and B.Com. (Hons.). Besides this, the college also offers admission in postgraduate programs such as MD, MS, M.Sc., and M.Com. Candidates who are looking for admission may apply for the program in offline mode by collecting the application form from the college. Admission to all the undergraduate programs except MBBS and BDS will be done on the basis of NEET UG scores. Admission to MBBS and BDS will be done on the basis of NEET UG scores while admission to MD and MS courses will be done on the basis of NEET PG scores. Final selection for all the programs will be made as per the criteria decided by the university. 

Candidates who have cleared passed the final year of MBBS examination after pursuing a study in a medical college recognized by MCI and completed a one-year compulsory rotational internship and has obtained permanent registration from State medical council is eligible for admission.
