Since its inception in 2009, BSBS - The B-School has witnessed quite a growth in its placement record. While looking back at BSBS - The B-School placement records from the 2011 passing out batch, 11 students were placed in companies like Coffee Day Beverages, Loreal Professional, Empower Research, Genpact, NEO BVM, Indira Foods, CCD, HDFC Bank, YLG Salon & Spa, Berger, and Auchan, in job roles like sales trainee, business development executive, product manager- sales – retail, business development manager, business analyst- research & media services, pre-sales analyst, sales officer, trainee store manager, trainee-retail, HR executive, and executive procurement. From the 2012 batch, 11 students were placed in companies like Naukri, Four Fountains, Timezone, DeltaCADD, Staples, Maxx, Health & Glow, CCD, etc. As per the BSBS - The B-School placement record from 2013-14, students were placed in companies like Neblar, Decathlon, Proptiger, Nestle, 24 Mantra, Fab India, Cross Word, Genpact, Wildcraft, Snowman, Indiamart, Spar, Arvind, Sresta, Advantech, Bajaj Allianz, and Nous. The job roles they were offered in the BSBS campus placements were senior associate, marketing executive, trainee – market research, management trainee – sales, inside – sales analyst, retail management trainee, HR executive, executive – client acquisition, junior executive – buying, trainee concept manager, management trainee – sales, assistant sales manager, and corporate manager – sales, to name a few.

BSBS Internship Placements 2021-Statistics

BSBS - The B-School offers internship placements to its students as well. Internships are provided to the BSBS students for a period of four months. Internship procedures for the AKSeleratorTM programme students are handled by the Corporate Relations Team at BSBS - The B-School. From 2009 to 2021, about about 65-70% of the internship offers at BSBS - The B-School have got converted into final placement offers at a minimum package of Rs 3 LPA.
