Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University BCA : Fees, Courses, Eligibility & Admission 2024

Placement: About 70% of the students get placed with the highest and the lowest packages of 7 and 3 LPA respectively. Godrej, TCS, Whirlpool, ITC, etc. are the top recruiting companies in our college. Almost everyone got internships in their respective courses. Top roles offered were that of executive managers, technician, etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities offered in CAMU were decent. The infrastructure was great. The hostel and the mess were also impressive along with a Wi-Fi being provided in the hostel. At least during my time, that was a big deal. Air conditioned classrooms and a big two storey library are provided by the college . Sports facilities were also pretty decent.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well qualified and inculcate good knowledge about their subjects. Their teaching quality is absolutely great. The first years has all basics, and the advanced curriculum start from the second year irrespective of the courses you opt for. It’s not very difficult to score in the exams.

Overall: my course was b.com hons. and at the time of admission, they said that I could choose any specialization for my course in last year but they did not provide any specialization so I can not understand the point of b.com hons. then.

Placement: 60% of students were placed in my course. The highest package of my course is around 7 to 8 LPA and the lowest package is about 4 to 5 LPA. Companies recruiting for my course are Airtel, Tata and many more. University is located at Shedung toll plaza which is not in Navi Mumbai.

Infrastructure: Everything is not good because of the management. We don't have access to facilities like gym or television or things like that. The hostel management are not concerned all the time. University is located at Shedung toll plaza. It's not in Navi Mumbai. The panel is very far form here like 6-7 km away.

Faculty: The faculty members and teaching quality are not up to the mark. But exams & curriculum is well and good as the university being approved by UGC. The difficulty level of the exams are good. University is located at Shedung toll plaza which is not located in Navi Mumbai.

Hostel: i do not like the hostel at all I paid 90 thousand rupees(2seater) per year but the food is very bad the quality of the rooms is quite good with bed, table, chair and Almira you can take pg near the college in Mahima enclave which is in walking distance from the college.

Overall: Trips and industrial visits are very good in this college. The university is still working on its infrastructure. It is my dream course that's why I choose for my career growth.

Placement: There are around 8 students in our course. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Our seniors have not passed out because this course started 2 years back. Top roles offered are interior designer, consultant, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is still under construction. Good facilities are provided. They should make the infrastructure better in the upcoming period because the more it appears good, the more facilities they can provide.

Faculty: The teaching quality is average. Faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable. If we practice and learn, we can get help from teachers. Semester exams are difficult. Two semester exams are conducted in a year. The pass percentage is 40%.

Overall: It is important that the colleges have very good infrastructure with advanced technology. The infrastructure of a college plays a vital role in the development of the college as the students are now focusing on the labs, class rooms, etc while selecting a college. There are not required any entrance exam for admission.you can take admission directly in the college campus. Admission processes is very easy for students

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is really good & the campus is very impressive. We have all the facilities like parking, canteen, library & lab in the campus. We have a theater, basketball court, a lawn, tennis court, and many great facilities.

Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio is very good, but many guest faculty are not experienced. Teaching methods are still ancient. Teachers are approachable but they don't help much. Some faculty members are very well-experienced and hard-working.

Hostel: There are separate hostels for male and female students.Rooms are typically alloted on shared basis.Single room may also be available particularly for research scholars and final-year students.Laundry facilities are also available.

Overall: This University has collaborations and cooperative ventures with foreign Institutions of Higher Learning, Chambers of Commerce and Industries, Indian Universities and Local Industries. The environment or the atmosphere as we speak is very good. The professors are very helpful, friendly and will help if you face any difficulty in your studies.

Placement: Students are eligible for campus placements from the 7th Sem onwards. Companies such as TCS, Wipro, etc are visiting and around 60% are hired each year.

Infrastructure: The university has a big campus in terms of size, but most of it is plain fields, and the infrastructure of the colleges is also good. college provied all the basic amenties which required students. The college has excellent facilities like Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, modern classrooms, and a vast library. Hostel facilities are good with clean rooms,

Faculty: The professors are very well-trained and hold great experience in their specific fields. All the faculty members in our college and teaching staff of the college are very supportive.

Hostel: I have AC room hostel and also they have good service in terms of food , electricity, network speed also all the supervisor are good in communication and understanding students problem

Overall: College campus is very large and beautiful. All sports events and functions are properly carried out. Faculty is very good but sometimes 1 professor teaches 2 subjects as there is lack of faculty appears sometimes. Computer labs are good, canteen and library is present. But the main problem of the college is that it doesn't have water supply always and drinking water facility. Teachers in every semester changes as the subjects changes.

Placement: Placement facility is given but we didn't seen any of our IT department student got hired or any company came for campus placement. But in pharmacy department there are students who got hired in known companies. For now there is no TPO officier in our college but they might get hired soon and placements will start.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. The college is well maintained. But there is lack of fans in classroom and each and every student doesn't get air in the side rows of benches.

Faculty: Faculty is good. Phd professors are hired mostly and they teach concepts in depth and are very helpful. Teachers in every semester change except some experienced teachers who teach 2 to 3 subjects in the department. Teachers solves doubt, provide study material, guide for career and are friendly.

Hostel: The college fees are too high as compared to the facilities they give. The food in the mess is also not good. As I am not a hosteler but I know how they faces difficulties there.

Overall: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University has a direct application process for some courses, while entrance exams are mandatory for others. lacement training is provided by the college and many students are getting placed in their dream companies with good packages.

Overall: this is good university,, its faculty afre very awesome ,, they are very supportive,,a nd very helpful,,, thay have proper knowledge about thier subjects

Overall: Overall it’s a good college management is good all facilities are available including outdoor games etc All festivals are celebrated Teaching is good All teachers are very helpful

Faculty: The faculty is very nice very helpful and understands the students needs good management of faculty Very good experience for all Good for everyone Must try the campus

Overall: It ia a great university. The campus has canteen, separate hostels for girls and boys ,gaming room, ground , multiple labs, and much more. It located at Shedung gaon.

Placement: University gives 60%-70% placements over a year. Average placement of BCA course is 7 to 8 LPA. Highly Role offered for B Tech, M Tech. Numbers of placements will grow by time.

Infrastructure: In the campus, there are School named as ST.Wilfred, it has its own pharmacy department. There are Rajgad and Pratapgarh 2 blocks for IT department. Campus also have hostel canteen, play ground, parking area.

Hostel: There are separate hostels for girls and boys in the campus with proper security and sefty for the student. Workers are also appointed for the cleaning and maintaining the hostel rooms.
