For Christ College admissions, most UG programmes base admission on merit, which is then followed by an interview. For the Integrated B.P.Ed., however, admission is based on a college-conducted entrance exam. The entrance exam is administered by the relevant college departments and is the basis for admission to programmes like MSW, MCJ, M.Sc. Clinical Psychology, Environmental Science, and Computer Science. Candidates are chosen for the remaining courses based on their performance on the qualifying exam. The college administers an entrance exam to determine who get admission to Christ College into the doctoral programmes. Candidates who have passed the entrance exam with a valid UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, or JRF Fellowship score are excluded.
The Christ college has an active career guidance and placement cell that manages all training and placement-related activities and initiatives within the campus. Additionally, it gets students ready for job interviews and employment offers at the end of their senior year.
Reputable companies come to the Christ college to hire students for internships and training. The Christ college courses are offered in a variety of streams such as arts, science, commerce, social work, library science, computer application, business administration. The duration of the courses depends on the type of courses such as graduation courses for 3 years, PG courses for 2 years and more. Some of the popular courses are offered by the institute.
