Central Institute of Fisheries Education Campus

CIFE has a huge campus with fully furnished classrooms and laboratories. The institute also offers sufficient hostel and guest house facilities along with substantial sports facilities as a means to unwind for the students. CIFE has two research-cum-training vessels to provide students hands-on training and support research endeavors. They are named M.F.V. Narmada and M.F.V. Saraswati and are both 36m and 11m OAL’s respectively. The Institute supports research and training in all kinds of inland, freshwater and saline water and marine water farms. The library i.e. National Library for Fisheries and Allied Sciences is well stocked with books as well as online resources and 28 computer terminals. The library provides e-books, journals and statistics to help students with their curriculum. The institute’s specialized laboratories include Nursery for Ornamental Fish and Giant Freshwater Prawn, Biotechnology and Molecular Genetics Lab, Fish Processing and Quality Control Lab and Electron Microscopy Lab. the Institute has round the clock broadband connectivity. CIFE has a gym, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball and table tennis court as well.

Dear student,

Although it was the 1st of August and 33 days had passed after the exam, NTA published the ICAR PG/ PhD 2024 answer key on August 13, 2024, through an official notification. The National Testing Agency (NTA) administered the All India Competitive Examinations (AICE) - JRF/SRF (PhD)-2024 and the All India Entrance Examination for Admission AIEEA (PG) of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) for acceptance to PG and PhD degree programs for the educational year 2024-25. The test was administered in 91 cities at 170 sites where nearly 41,148 out of the 46,452 applicants admitted to the examination showed up. On the NTA's official website @exams.nta.ac.in/ICAR/, students' recorded answers, post-exam inquiries, and preliminary answer keys were available. Students were also encouraged to submit objections (if any). The subject matter experts validated all requests that were submitted, and the finalised, approved ICAR AIEEA final answer key 2024 was utilised to process the results. Furthermore, Applicants can read, download, and print their scorecards by logging in to the official portal with their application ID and birthdate. It is recommended applicants regularly check the ICAR portal @icar.org.in, for updates on the next phases in the admissions procedure.
