The Dr. CV Raman University Chhattisgarh campus is spread across 55 acres. The campus is well-equipped with all the necessary academic and non-academic facilities to promote holistic growth in the students.

| Library | The Library is the hub of academic student life on campus. Dr. C. V. Raman University houses a spacious library, stacked with approximately 50,000 books, 10000 titles and thousands of CDs, National & International journals and reports that cover all subjects pertinent to the courses. The CVRU Library consists of a Central Library & Separate Departmental Libraries to help students and faculties alike have to easy access to courses and reference materials thourgh a membership card. It opens from 10.30 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. from Monday to Saturday. Besides a huge collection of books on Engineering, Science and Humanities, the Library has a total seating capacity of 600 with an Integrated Information System in place. All its activities include in acquisition, cataloguing, circulation and stock have been computerized. The Central Library spreads over to ground plus first floor with an area of 10,000 Sq.Ft. It is well-protected with fire alarm and CCTV Surveillance. It has specialized collections of Books, Journals & other resources is Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Biotechnology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Law and Management ranging from printed books, e-books, back volumes and CDs/DVDs. The Central Library subscribes to National and International Journals in print and electronic form. The Library has a video conferencing facility and NPTEL video courses. The special features of the Library is the recent collection of study materials including e-resources. The Library provides CAS, SDI, resource sharing, list of latest arrivals, On-line e-resources, OPAC Services, Central Library is automated with KOHA Library Management Software. |

| Hostels/Accommodation | The University provides separate accommodations for both boys and girls from outside Bilaspur. The campus incorporates residential buildings in close proximity to the departments, library, and classrooms to facilitate easy access. All rooms are well-furnished and come with an attached bath. Mess facilities are also available, for which separate monthly payments will be accrued from the respective students. The student must submit his preferences for accommodations early in the process of admission. Currently, the university's hostel houses more than 150 students. The hostel has all the facilities, including a main office, a security room, and a guest house. It has all the basic amenities so that the students can get a comfortable place to rest after a tiring day. Common rooms are provided with TV sets, carom boards, and other recreational and amusement facilities. The University also runs a fleet of buses to help students and staff members commute easily. INFRASTRUCTURE Currently, the hostel block houses more than 150 students. All hostels comprise a main office, a security room, and a guest house. The two boys’ blocks are called Tagore Block and Gandhi Block. |

The bus service is available over a 35km radius around the institute. A nominal fee is collected for the transportation on a yearly basis. Details of the routes and their respective timings are also available. This service is offered to provide hassle-free and safe transportation. Parents are urged to convince their wards to travel in the college busses only in view of safety issues on the highway. We also provide special pre-arranged transportation services for field trips and sporting events within the state. |

Library – With an extensive collection of books, journals, and reference materials, Shri J.P Choubey Central Library or the CVRU Central Library is at the university's core of learning and research. It is a space for academic and intellectual bonding. It has approximately 50,000 books with 10,000 titles, thousands of materials, journals of repute, reports, and magazines. Along with the Central Library, there are also departmental libraries to help students access subject-specific materials.
Research Centre – The university has a designated research cell, and a conference hall set up in a separate building. It is well-equipped with the latest gadgets and tools required to foster an active research environment. Besides the research hall, it also has a conference hall that has a smart projector, and video conferencing facilities that are used to have conferences and seminars virtually as well as offline.
Laboratories – The laboratories are equipped with all the tools, equipment, and facilities needed to foster a scientific environment for the students. The laboratories are used to teach hands-on learning and practical knowledge of science.

ReportInfrastructure: Classrooms were well-maintained. The infrastructure was good. The food served in the canteen was decent. There was a stationery shop on our campus. Our college got certified by NAAC.
Hostel: Hostel room is 3 bed and full hostel is very clean with wifi facilities. They give 3 time meal with veg and non veg facilities. Hostel is affordable which will cost 7k/months including all facilities. Hostel is far from the college.
ReportInfrastructure: The students are provided with basic amenities like a cot, table, chair and a cupboard in their respective rooms. The rooms are spacious and airy with a full view of the lush greenery outside the block perimeters. All Common Rooms are provided with TV sets, carrom boards and other recreational and amusement facilities.
Hostel: The hostels have a 24 hr. water supply and a generator to ensure constant power supply to Messes and Common Rooms. The sports grounds are situated at a close distance to encourage students to stay fit by regularly playing cricket, hockey, volley ball, football, basket ball, tennis or by taking a simple refreshing run along the tracks.

Hostel: I lived their and it has number of rooms as well as so clean and tidy have number of washrooms and as well as they are so clean it fell safe and secure

ReportInfrastructure: The infrastructure is one the best things about this University! They provide various facilities like Hostel Accommodations, Transportation, canteen and mess facilities etc. Apart from this, the university is laced with high speed WiFi, large seminar halls, spacious classrooms with a capacity of 100 students at one time, practical labs with all latest equipments etc. The food served in the canteen is always fresh and healthy. Hostel rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Security is always on heels at campus and hostel. They have big sports ground for cricket, football, basketball with all sporting facilities
Hostel: The hostel facilities are pretty good. 3G and 4G wifi network, well maintained rooms, common room for students. The mess food is very tasty and fresh everytime.
ReportHostel: I visited the Hostel building once and was spellbound by the infrastructure. The Hostel rooms are quite big and well furnished. The Security guard is always around, and the building is laced with high-speed internet, common room, mess, and a medical room. The hostel is truly amazing.
