DACOE Karad Training and Placement Department handle campus placement for all of our colleges' B.Tech graduates. The placement cell provides complete support for Training & Placement activities such as organising soft skills workshops, personality development training, career guidance classes, technical training, aptitude training, pre-placement talks, online/offline tests, interviews, and group discussions.

Dr. Daulatrao Aher College of Engineering placement team works with numerous organisations in India and abroad to place students. They also set up campus interviews and placement sessions. The DACOE placement cell determines the training requirements for students from industry and organises for value-added training programmes for students in accordance with those requirements.
