DGIH invites applications for various courses each year in a systematic admission process. Here are the details of the process. Candidates can apply in both online and offline modes to get admission to the prestigious university.
A systematic process is followed to ensure transparency in the admissions each year. The process can be conveniently carried out online as well as in offline modes. The DGIH application process 2024 is summarised below:
The candidate must register themselves and send an online application to DGIH to follow the mandated candidate selection procedure. The students are invited to submit their academic information and other required details at the institute's official website. Once accepted their application after a thorough review, they will be called for a group discussion and personal test. If they perform well in these tests, they will be informed by the educational body through an admission letter sent by post. The applicants are required to produce the admission letter when joining the course.
The institute maintains transparency in the process of receiving and shortlisting applications. They allow applicants to send required details online to contact the administration. The applicants can also register themselves through the online portal for Disha Group of Institutions admission. In these processes, the applicants are not required to pay any application fee. The online submission of the application is thus conducted transparently without charging any additional fee.
The final student placement is managed by the campus only. Various recruiters from prestigious organisations visit the college campus during the last two semesters of the career course. The students are nominated based on their background, classroom participation, overall scores, and other aspects. The student management for DGIH placements 2023 was governed by the placement cell of the institution. DGIH, Bijnor, promises 100% placement of students. However, being successfully placed depends on the academic contribution and merit of the students also.
Based on the score ranking of UPCET, the cut-off for the institution is 3806 in Round 1.
The institute takes applicants based on various national level and state level exams. The eligibility of each course depends on the marks scored in entrance exams. However, they focus on the scores acquired through only selected competitive exams, such as the Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET), Common Admission Test (C.A.T.), JEE, M.A.T., and others.
