These four colleges represent four key domains of educational streams. However, the placement is conducted by a centralised placement cell that connects to various business and professional collaborators to source the key talents from the institutions.

The institute invites businesses and companies to its campus to assist in the overall placement process. It takes a whole day to select students for final placement. However, the overall placement process takes one week also for successful completion. The institute prepares its students for this event. The institute takes good care of students to enhance their aptitude and soft skills. These are key aspects that enhance the chance of selection at the interview.

The placement process takes place in August. The institute manages a good relationship with all the big organisations. They are invited by the placement cell for on-campus recruitment. The placement process is the most awaited event for the students. They prepare for the placement day to secure a decent job throughout the semester. 

The placement process primarily represents group discussion, technical tests, and interviews. The students are selected based on their overall skills and presentation. The college focuses on preparing the students for final placement and developing a relationship with various corporate. It helps to invite more and more companies for the placement. Thus, students get a better opportunity to become selected by any of those organisations. In collaboration with DGIH faculty, the placement cell provides internal training to students through events, aptitude tests, and others. They focus on developing the students' leadership, technical, and behavioural skills through various collective initiatives.

The placement process has two categories such as on-campus and off-campus placement. In on-campus placement, companies visit DGIH at Bijnor. In off-campus placement, students visit various companies as directed by the placement cell. The overall selection process has three key parts: written test, group discussion, and personal interview. In some cases, the students do not require to participate in group discussions.

Disha Group of Institutions and Hospital Summer Internship Placements 

DGIH Bijnor prepares its students for final placements through the summer internship program. The students get more professional acknowledgement while working in a company as an intern. The summer internships start at the end of the second year. DGIH nominates students for various organisations based on their past qualifications and job experience. 

The selected students undergo a screening test and interview with respective organisations for final selection for internship. The time of internship varies based on the organisation and type of projects they are assigned with. Mostly it takes 2 to 3 months. The optimizations assess the students after the internship and provide certificates accordingly. The grade and acknowledgement mentioned in the certificate are significant to ensure a better career opportunity for the candidate.
